4.1. Ahmad H Shah,
4.1.1. quality and safety documentation. Assess the quality and safety requirements of the products that the company offers. This means that an in-depth analysis must be completed on how quality is going to be achieved within the company and how our employees are going to be kept safe at all times (in transition and on-the-job site).
4.2. Hamad Al-khaldi
4.2.1. who are our customers? Or are customers requesting of us to complete? I customers must be relatively small companies and the projects that are requested of us will be small. I customers could be from other aspects apart from motorsport including the haulage industry and commercial vehicles.
4.2.2. UPS documentation stating the company's unique selling point and reasons behind it. These can be personal unique selling points of each of the company's employees or such companywide points as access to the wind tunnels and specific experience using certain flow analysis software.
4.2.3. The last official warning must be written to Sean for his lack of attendance.
4.3. Euan Welsh,
4.3.1. completion of the swot analysis. Rework the swot analysis into a grid basis and expand to include several more points. The swot analysis must also take into account risk mitigation of the threats that might occur to the business.
4.3.2. Peer evaluation and rework of other documents already created to be placed in the new structure of the business plan.
4.3.3. Business continuity plan. A description of what will happen to the business if a disaster of some nature is applied to the business. These disasters could be natural in nature or employee related such as a death.
4.3.4. Contractual. What are the terms and conditions of the business in relation to its customers.
